The staff here is friendly and always ready to assist, and the rooms are wonderfully cozy and well-equipped with comfortable beds and sofas.

the location was good and absolutely perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from nadwarcianski boulevard. my room was large and complete with comfortable beds, armchairs, as example.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Breakfast just average like in most Polish hotels. Window wasn't isolated very good, you heared a lot of noises from outside. The beds was at the window - bad placement. For the same price you get a room in another 4 star hotel.

Hotel was relatively empty due to Xmas, but service was very good, specially breakfast, we were offered hot breakfast such omelet or Scramble egg. Coffee machine was excellent.

Pity the pillow was not good and bed was a bit hard. Lighting in the room generally was not so good, bathroom was a bit too dark, should have been bright especially by the mirror. There were many lamps in the room but did not create good ambiance.

Had a good Easter stay in the heart of a bustling city with several shopping centers nearby. The hotel room was clean and tidy, a comfortable bed and a good view of the city. The complimentary breakfast had a reasonable variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Only two elevators which were functional, sometimes the waiting time was too long. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was not stable, and the signal strength was low.
